An IP Address is the unique number which is assigned to every direct Internet access point. 10. COOKIES AND WEB BEACONS

A cookie is a small text file containing a unique identification number that is transferred (through a User's browser) from a web site to the hard drive of a User's computer. The cookie identifies a User's browser and will NOT let a web site know any Personal Information about the User, such as his/her name and address. Since cookies are only text files, they cannot run on a User's computer, search a User's computer for other information, or transmit any information to anyone.

Agenda may use cookies to: (i) Monitor web site usage to improve the operation and performance of the Site and to make the Site easier and more convenient to use. For example, cookies help Agenda remember who Users are through their browser settings so that Agenda can offer and provide more personalized services, such as language preference. Cookies also allows Agenda to save passwords and preferences for Users so that they will not have to re-enter this information the next time Users visit the Site; (ii) Measure aggregate user traffic and demographic statistics, such as the number of Users, average time Users spend on the Site, average age of Users and similar statistics, which are related to the Site and any of the advertisements posted on the Site. This information helps Agenda to better understand when to modify, revise or update the Site and provides Agenda with details as to the performance of third party advertisements and content. This information may be reported, in aggregate form only, to Agenda's current and prospective sponsors, advertisers and business partners. No Personal Information will be disclosed in such reports; (iii) Display advertisements. Agenda and third party advertising providers used by Agenda may use cookies when serving advertisements.

Cookies are used on many major web sites. Most browsers are initially set up to accept cookies. If Users prefer, they can reset their browsers either to notify them when they have received a cookie, or to refuse to accept cookies. Users should understand that while Agenda does not require Users to use cookies, certain parts of the Site will not function properly if Users set their browser to not accept cookies. Parts of the Site may contain electronic images known as Web beacons, which are sometimes called single-pixel gifs. Web beacons allow Agenda to count Users who have visited those pages and to deliver co-branded services. Web beacons are not used to access Users' Personal Information; they are a technique used to compile aggregated statistics about usage of the Site. Web beacons collect only a limited set of information including a cookie number, time and date of a page view, and a description of the page on which the Web beacon resides. Certain web pages of the Site may also contain Web beacons placed there by our advertising partners to help Agenda determine the effectiveness of its Internet advertising campaigns.
